are Asian cuisines more exotic the western cuisines?

Firstly, Asian cuisines is more oily for cooking and people love to eat spicy food.This is shows that eating this kind of food make us unhealthy life because the oily food is fully of cholesterol and easy to get a danger diseases such as obesity,heart attack and diabetes.Based on the research done by Cambridge University, about  70% of Asian people are using oil in their all cooking and use the same oil for a few times without change it with too much oil quantity. For examples. Nasi Lemak, curry and others.

Secondly,the content of ingredients in Asian cuisines is more unhealthy.This is because they are using many unhealthy ingredient for cooking the cuisines. For example,they are put coconut milk at maximum quantity in curry dishes so that it give it more tester.Even,the food is more delicious but it gives bad effect for us because we did not control the ingredient.Based on the newspaper News Straits Times,about  90% of Asian people more exposed to unhealthy lifestyle and they are facing critical diseases such as heart attack,higher cholesterol and obesity which including the younger age between 7 to 9 years old.

However ,the presentation for western cuisine is more interesting and promotes to healthy lifestyle.This is because the western cuisine is more unique,interesting and more mouth watering to all people.Therefore,it is easy to attract people to taste it and eat healthy food regularly.Many in cuisines are used vegetables,herbs and olive oil in their cooking.For example,in spaghetti,they are used  oregano herbs to give it taster and healthier,western food regularly serves salad and used olive oil to fried food at suggested quantity.

In the nutshell,the western cuisines is more good than Asian cuisines because it more suggest for healthy lifestyle.

freak accident

Wow,this topic so scared to me..when we heard about an accident we must thinking about road accident first..

Hmm,I have one friend from my old school.she loss her father because of  road accident.this was happened when she was in age of 3 years old..

This story so sad to me..if you want know,her father wants to go to shop buy the food..just a few kilometres from her house..so,her father  bring her also and riding the motorcycle..

Unfortunately,when they were on the way to the shop,suddenly the car hit them from behind.

Her father was lost control and fallen on the road..because of  bad injury from her father’s head,she loss her father .

Fortunately,Allah still give an oppurtunity to my friend live in this world..when the accident happening,she was thrown beside the road..she does not have any injury in her body even it was a bad accident.

It was a freaky accident right..?she’s still alive and now,she lives with her mother..even no love and affection from her father,she still can live happily..im so proud of her..i wish you always happy!!

when I am 26 years old

when i am 26 years old?

haha..it is funny when im thinking about that..its almost 8 years from now..maybe my life gonna changed..haha..as you know,my attitude does not like other people..i just think about my life just for fun,be happy,and mostly no personal problem yet..im very scared when i am 26 my life was changed everything..no more parents,my life become harder than before and most important what im going to do on that time to survive my life and my family.

i have 1 brother that is known as disable people..he's 1year older than me..even i got 7 siblings in my family but i know its difficult for us to care about him not as my parents care..im worried when my parents have passed away my sibling busy with their works,their own family and my brother just lonely.when look at my parent,im very proud to them because they are so courage everything in life and always patience with my brother.futhermore,there are 6 more childs that they gonna care..

haha,it is not good news to hear..im just hope this never happen to my family and i hope my brother will enjoy his life until die even he's not perfect like other people..
